How do payment, installments and the guarantee work?
The annual plan can be paid in up to 12 card installments, and the monthly plan is not split into installments. Plans come with a 7-day guarantee, and the monthly plan can be canceled at any time.

What if I need more accounts or more credits?
Each extra connected account costs R$ 25 per month on the Agency plan. Extra credits cost R$ 0.02 each, in minimum purchases of 500, and do not expire while the plan is active.
